Richard Nunez is a self-taught painter and artist who came to International attention through his discovery as a live artist painting for local restaurants and charity galas and celebrities. His unique creations are a connection, to not only his personal experiences in life, but to capturing the essence of the mood, place and time in whatever he is recreating. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Richard is a Native American whose roots originate from the Apache tribe. He currently paints out of Grapevine and Dallas, TX. Richard paints with a unique genre that springs from the expression of an artist whose background is full of character-building experiences. From forklift driver to stand up comic, from homeless to successful restaurant manager, from working for celebrities to secretly living out of a storage unit, he has tasted the different sides of life that have increased his Faith in what he offers in his interpretation of life on paper, canvas and walls.
